Please read these terms carefully before using this site. We maintain this website as a service to our customers, and by using our site you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree, you should not obtain goods, services, or products from this site.

Acceptance of Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stone Fort Music with respect to stonefortmusic.com, the content, and products or services provided through the Site. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the latest version on the Site.

Usage by minors

This Site is not intended for persons who are minors. Purchases must be made by individuals who can legally enter into binding contracts (typically 18 years of age or older) or by minors with permission of a parent or guardian.

Returns & refunds

Unopened accessories in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Instruments may be returned or exchanged only if they are in like-new condition, with all case candy and packaging, and after inspection at 109 E. Main St. or by prepaid return shipment. Special orders, strings, reeds, and mouthpieces are final sale. Shipping is not refundable unless we made an error.
